Meeting Realtors the Google Reader Way |
I stayed a little late after work to record a quick video I hope you’ll enjoy. By the way, I used Camtasia Studio 6 to record my screen motions along with the Microsoft Life Cam to record the voiceover. It was pretty easy.
Until recently, we used Viddler to embed the videos into our blog, but like most “free” sites, there’s a catch: advertising begins to be integrated once your videos reach a certain point of popularity. Therefore, David moved our videos over to a service called Screencast. Not sure what it costs, I’ll let David answer that in the comments.
Hollaback if you dig the video. Oh, and if you think it sucks, go ahead and hollaback anyways. I can take the heat!

ScreenCast.com costs us a wopping $10/month for a pretty healthy amount of bandwidth; and of course no size/length limits on our videos and most importantly NO ADS! And we can purchase additional bandwidth if needed. And since ScreenCast and Camtasia are both TechSmith products they are integrated quite well; for instance we can upload the videos to ScreenCast directly from Camtasia’s interface (ie we dont have to login to a seperate account and upload the video manually).
Great video Mark. Google Reader also has some other cool bells and whistles not covered in this video… I smell a sequal.
Happy 4th of July everyone!

Great information Mark – as Johnny Carson would say, “I was not aware of that”…

Great video blog. Great content for anyone. It’s awesome that Top of Mind Networks’ focuses on helping mortgage brokers be more productive in their marketing efforts and help to improve time management with great tips like this. Keep up the great work.
